GLEXPO Live Painting

Client: Great Lakes Farm & Garden Expo • Grand Rapids, MI • 2023

I created two moveable mini murals during the Great Lakes Farm & Garden Expo. This is one of the biggest fruit and vegetable farming trade shows in the Midwest, attracting attendees from all over the country. I wanted to celebrate Michigan’s incredible biodiversity by painting some of our biggest fruit and veggie crops.

These mini murals were painted on MDO plywood with exterior latex paint, designed for a life outdoors. Expo attendees bid on the pieces throughout the event and proceeds went back to the organizers.
